Most items on and in your home are covered for the first year against defects due to workmanship and materials. The RSI Home Warranty is NOT transferable to subsequent owners of the home.
If there is an repair item that needs to be repaired immediately in order to prevent further damage, please call us immediately and we will resolve it as soon as possible. RSI Construction will not be responsible for any excessive damage created by delay or failure to report a problem. ONLY EMERGENCY REPORTS WILL BE TAKEN BY TELEPHONE.If it is not an emergent repair request, please submit your itemized list with within the last 30 days of your Warranty Expiration Date.
Your Warranty Expiration Date is one year from your closing date. Repairs may be scheduled beyond the expiration as long as they have been requested per the terms of your contract prior to your expiration date.
If there is a problem that you think is covered by this warranty, you must notify Builder in writing ONLY via our Warranty Request Form, button link below, email to warranty@rsi-construction.com, or you can mail your notice to our offices at 1540 E Iron Eagle Dr, Suite 120, Eagle, ID 83616. Your notice to Builder should describe the problem in detail and should include contact information so that you can be contacted by the subcontractor for scheduling. If the repair is an emergency (i.e. a burst water pipe) immediately telephone the Builder. ONLY EMERGENCY REPORTS WILL BE TAKEN BY TELEPHONE. If it is not an emergent repair request, please submit your itemized list with within the last 30 days of your Warranty Expiration Date.
Upon receipt of your written notice of a problem, and if the item is covered your warranty, RSI will repair or replace the item at no charge to you within thirty (30) days (longer if delays are caused by weather conditions, labor problems, material shortages, or other situations beyond Builder's control). The work will be done by Builder or by contractors who will be chosen by Builder. The choice between repair and replacement is exclusively Builder's.
